With a Master’s in International Sustainable Tourism Management from Monash University and over seven years of experience working with leading agencies like Ogilvy, DragonTrail, and China Digital Agency, I’ve helped global brands in travel & hospitality, fashion, and beauty craft impactful digital strategies.

My expertise lies in social media operations (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Douyin), CRM solutions, and marketing & branding strategies. Beyond marketing, I’m passionate about sustainable tourism, with my research on Chinese Tourist Mobilities and Destination Resilience published in the Journal of Asian Tourism Research. This academic work reflects my commitment to driving sustainable development in the industry.
