Who is Eugena
Eugena was graduated from Monash University, holding a Master’s degree in International Sustainable Tourism Management, where she developed a deep passion for sustainable destination development. Through extensive research and fieldwork, she explored the challenges and opportunities in creating tourism models that benefit both communities and the environment.
Along the way, she recognized a critical gap: the disconnect between destinations and visitors, brands and consumers. Too often, meaningful stories get lost in translation, leaving travelers and customers without a true understanding of the values behind the places they visit or the brands they support.
That’s why she has dedicated her career to bridging this gap—helping brands articulate their vision in compelling ways while empowering consumers to connect with them on a deeper level. Whether through storytelling, strategy, or sustainable innovation, she believe in creating authentic, impactful communication that resonates with audiences and drives meaningful engagement.
